Return Policy – Denim Couture
At Denim Couture, we are committed to delivering high-quality denim products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags must remain attached
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided
Returns will not be accepted if the tags on denim products have been removed.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Customized or made-to-order jeans
- Items with removed tags
- Sale items and gift cards

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To obtain a different item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. European Union – Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, provided the item:
- Is unused and unworn
- Has all original tags attached
- Is returned in original packaging
- Includes proof of purchase
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
